I'm a transgender woman who has loved music for as long as I can remember. My earliest memories are of sitting on the floor and listening to 45's and 78's. Music is the essential part of my life. More New Wave to celebrate KCQN being reborn as 103.1 The Wave!

And speaking of New Wave, my friend Carri who also did the
Newer New Wave" for KCQN and played a huge part in putting together stuff for 103.1 The Wave. Her son gave me the beautiful roses above. So wonderful!! I think this is the first time anyone ever gave me roses!

I've been a huge fan of Kate Bush ever since I first heard her on KCGL. This is one of my favorites from the Hound of Love album.
