"7 Years" by Lukas Graham

I've rewritten and rearranged this post like 6 or 7 times and it keeps coming out a jumble.  It's days late at this point.  I've decided to apply the KISS principal (Keep It Simple Stupid) and just state the thoughts I had and leave filling in the blanks as "an exercise for the reader"...

• Wendy Jean found a really old photo of me when I was young.
• It has to be more than 50 years old.
• This song has the line "soon I'll be 60 years old".
• I transitioned when I was 60.
• Being transgender is THE best thing that ever happened to me.
• I love the line in this song: "'cause I know the smallest voices, they can make it major".
• To my transgender sisters, brothers and our allies, keep letting your voices be heard
• History is on our side :)
