I'm a transgender woman who has loved music for as long as I can remember. My earliest memories are of sitting on the floor and listening to 45's and 78's. Music is the essential part of my life. "Englishman in New York" by Sting

Mariah and I saw this license plate yesterday and I had to laugh

This has always been one of my favorite Sting songs. On the last night of my music class at Weber State College (then) the teacher had us bring in our favorite record album and play a song for the class. This is the song I played.

When it got to the bridge the teacher got all excited and exclaimed that it was Jazz. Our instructor had played with some of the big names in Jazz back in the 30's and 40's.
